Entering in any contract with Logolaxy for products or services to be offered by Logolaxy, like unlimited product ordering or services through the website Logolaxy is referred as “contract” between you and Logolaxy, you agree to obey, observe and abide by the Policies, Terms and conditions set by Logolaxy.
TECHNICALITIES
Color:
The mode of the default color for our any design is the CMYK format unless you define that you require PMS (Pantone) before your project begins. Extra charges will be applied if you ask to change it after the beginning of your project.
Format:
The source file will be in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) format. The fonts will be converted into outlines. Other formats sent will be Freehand, Windows Meta file (.wmf), JPEG, TIFF, EPS, GIF and PDF. Additional formats can be required upon request.
Refund Policy:
If a customer is not satisfied with the initial logo concepts, he may ask for an immediate refund. Logolaxy will refund the total amount paid for the package chosen by client, no service charges will be included.
The request should be made before the first revision round.
Refund Policy only applies to the instructions of Logos. Refund policy is not applicable to other additional design services provided by Logolaxy. This Policy is only applicable for first time order that means that if the customer orders second time he will not be eligible for refund policy.
Satisfaction Guarantee Policy:
Logolaxy offers unlimited free revisions. Any client, who chooses the first design draft, is allowed to have as many revision rounds as it takes to satisfy him by his logo design. Under our 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy, we provide a free coordination and help to offset drawings we provide. When a costumer orders at, Logolaxy under our policy, we allot you a dedicated manager. The Account Manager will guide the costumer at every step of design process and is answerable to all your questions and feedbacks.
Order Delivery and Acceptance:
Logolaxy shall deliver your products to a temporary location designated by Logolaxy for your review. Logolaxy will give you notice by e-mail of such completion and delivery, and how you may enter the temporary location for purposes of reviewing your products. You have 70 days from the date of delivery to said temporary location to notify Logolaxy in writing your acceptance or rejection of products. If you fail to notify Logolaxy in writing of your rejection of the products within said period of 70 days will constitute your acceptance of the products. In case you reject the products you notify Logolaxy in writing of your rejection within said period of 70 days, including a detailed explanation of the rejection, after which Logolaxy will provide a substitute or replacement product or service as soon as possible. Upon your written acceptance of the products, or any substitution or replacement of products, Logolaxy shall release and deliver the same to you at this place and in a format as agreed in your contract.
Any notification to the board Logolaxy "finalized", the project will be considered "developed" and "completed". Logolaxy send your final files via e-mail. The completion or acceptance of any final file of each project must complete with satisfaction. Logos, stationery, web design samples that have been submitted, and have not been finalized, will remain the property of Logolaxy and may not be used in any way by you in any condition.
Web Hosting:
You, the customer, are responsible for registering your domain name and choosing your hosting service. The customer can requests that Logolaxy to launch the site, in which case we'll need your FTP (File Transfer Protocol) information including the login name and password.
Content for Website:
Unless otherwise managed by Logolaxy, the client is 100% responsible for providing text, information, pictures for your website in a format quite ready. Logolaxy is not responsible for the, check the spelling or grammar errors. Logolaxy is not responsible for delays to your website after the client is not providing or providing incomplete content.
Creative Brief:
We ask our clients to complete our internal creative brief to meet your design needs. If we do not receive a full creative brief, we will notify you and we will wait to proceed until the creative brief is fully completed. If you ask us to start your project with incomplete creative brief, and you are not satisfied with your first draft, you must purchase a second draft.
Finalization of Designs:
Once we have designed a concept that you're satisfied with, you must finalize your concept. After finalizing your concept design team will convert your designs of your website in HTML. It is important to check your site again and make sure you do not require additional design alterations. Although the text can be edited, all design changes to the site will obtain additional charges.
Deadlines:
Logolaxy is NOT responsible for meeting with the customer’s deadlines that have not been approved by both parties. Logolaxy is not responsible for detains that occur within the time limits that result in client providing incomplete information / content for project,
Website to HTML:
Once you have finalized the concept of your web page, our designer will convert the designs into HTML, and will make the pages using content that you will provide us with. At this point, your text will be structured into the site. Turnaround time is 6-7 business days. If you have extra text changes in the content area of your site you can place them. Once all the texts are structured, we will then send the draft functional first site. You can either approve your site totally, or to submit revisions to the text via the customer area. HTML or (Hypertext Markup Language) is the standard format for all documents on the WWW (World Wide Web), it is said that this to be done before your site is live. Turnaround time is 6-7 business days. Once this process starts, it will be impossible to change the design without obtaining additional charges on changes.
Launching of site:
Once you are satisfied with your designs and have finalized them and development work. Your site will be launched and will go “LIVE” on to the internet and your original files will be sent to your email account.
Penalties:
If the project is left inactive for any reason for more than 4 months without notifying Logolaxy then penalties are placed for the re-opening of projects.

Termination:
Logolaxy holds all rights at its sole discretion and for any reason, to refuse, cancel or terminate, permanently or temporarily, your order for any product offered by Logolaxy. Any contract and or your access to the Logolaxy web site, at any time without notice can be terminated. You agree that Logolaxy shall not be apt to you or any third party for any rejection, cancellation or termination of your order, your contract or your access to the Web Logolaxy. When Logolaxy, cancels or terminates your contract or your order for any reason, Logolaxy will return any amount paid by you relating the rejected, canceled or terminated Contract or order.
